Alexandru Cicâldău (Romanian pronunciation: ; born 8 July 1997) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga I club Universitatea Craiova and the Romania national team.
Cicâldău started his senior career at Viitorul Constanța, and in the summer of 2018 transferred to Universitatea Craiova. He totalled over 100 games in the league championship and won two domestic trophies with the latter, before moving abroad to Galatasaray for an initial €6.5 million fee in 2021. Following loans to Ittihad Kalba and Konyaspor, Cicâldau was bought back by Universitatea Craiova in 2024.
