| Milan Havel (born 7 August 1994) is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Viktoria Plzeň.
On 24 August 2021, Havel received his first call-up by coach Jaroslav Šilhavý for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification against Belarus and Belgium, as well as Ukraine.
