Guillermo Claudio La Rosa Laguna (born June 6, 1952) is a Peruvian former professional footballer who played as a forward. He competed for the Peru national football team at the 1978 and 1982 FIFA World Cup, wearing the number nineteen jersey. He’s nicknamed the 'tank' for his corpulence, Guillermo La Rosa scored the last Peruvian goal for 36 years against Poland in a World Cup match in Spain 1982. The 36 year cold streak was finally broken by Andre Carrillo when Peru defeated Australia 2-0 at the 2018 FIFA World Cup held in Russia.
