| Ashley Thomas Cain (born 27 September 1990) is an English reality TV personality, model, and former footballer who played for Championship side Coventry City. He also had loan spells at Luton, Oxford United, and Mansfield Town, where he played as a winger.
Cain was an MTV reality TV personality, starring in the series Ex on the Beach and competing on the 33rd season of the reality game show The Challenge.
