Ciro Ginestra (born 3 August 1978) is an Italian football manager and a former player, currently in charge of Serie D club Virtus Francavilla. As a player, he was a journeyman striker whose career has included representing over 13 clubs, with much of his success in the third tier of Italian football. He is known for his prowess on the pitch and has regularly scored goals in the lower levels of Italian football. Earlier in his career, he represented the Italy national U21 team.
