Marie-Louise Eta (née Bagehorn; born 7 July 1991) is a German former footballer who played as a midfielder for Frauen-Bundesliga club Werder Bremen, among others. In 2023, after being appointed assistant coach to Marco Grote at Union Berlin, Eta became the first woman to serve in this role with a men's Bundesliga side and with a team in the men's UEFA Champions League.
