Kerem Demirbay (born 3 July 1993) is a German professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Süper Lig club Galatasaray. He is nicknamed "Dayı" ("Uncle" in English) due to his resemblance of a popular Turkish TV show fictional character. A former youth international for Turkey, Demirbay switched allegiances to represent Germany at senior level.
