Mercy Tagoe (Tagoe-Quarcoo after marriage, born 5 February 1974) is a Ghanaian football coach and former player who played as a defender for the Ghana women's national football team. She was part of the team at the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup in the United States. On club level she played for Bluna Ladies in Ghana. In February 2018, she led the Black Queens to win the maiden edition to the West Africa Football Union (WAFU) in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire as an interim coach. Making her the first female coach to serve as an interim coach to the Black Queens. Prior to picking up a coaching role Mercy Tagoe was a referee in the Ghana Premier League.
