| Team Notes | In July 2012 old US Foggia went into bankruptcy and restarted from Terza Categoria (Italian 9th division - lowest rank). On 2013/2014 season US Foggia got promoted to 8th Division.
Foggia Calcio (same colours) born in 2012 fulfilled law criteria to replace old Foggia and so started from Serie D (then 5th Division, 4th from 2014/15). On 2014/2015 season Foggia Calcio will play in the newborn united Lega Pro (3rd Division).
